Thank you to everyone who joined the Neuroscience Graduate Program for our Fall Welcome Picnic on Thursday, September 3! Students, faculty, and staff braved the heat, humidity, and very Iowa-like September weather to come together, reconnect, and welcome the new academic year.

We also took advantage of the occasion to capture our 2026 Neuroscience Graduate Program cohort photo, which is now featured on the Neuroscience program website. We are delighted to welcome this exceptional group of students to the Neuroscience community and can’t wait to see what they accomplish in the years ahead.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the afternoon special. Your enthusiasm and willingness to sweat for science did not go unnoticed. 😉
