Britt is responsible for two of the IDGP programs, Molecular Medicine and Neuroscience; she handles website updates and corrections, meeting and travel arrangements, and student reporting throughout their PhD journey. She is passionate about student success and creating a welcoming environment for current and prospective students.

Britt is an Iowa alumna and has been a part of the University of Iowa community since 2013 where she earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Health and Human Studies. Following graduation, she went on to be a TESOL teacher in South Korea, and has been working within the University since 2020; she joined IDGP in January of 2024.
